In the first 15 minutes of the pilot I could barely stand to watch the rest of the show. I don't know why the director did nothing to make this a great program. The APD officers wear LAPD badges. Allowing people to enter the crime scene a homicide. Treating all police officers as "crooked" and willing to support a criminal police officer. Great work trying to make a great production. Next time put some effort into your work! The show jumps around to scenes that make very little sense. "The trashcan" moniker is terrible. People with dislexia are very well treated in the twenty first century. And being a police officer means you have to follow rules if you want to continue your career.
Ok I just watched one of my all time favorite Stephen King novels. I loved the 1979 version which I watched eagerly when I was 15 years old. I had been anticipating watching this for quite a while at least since the whispers started that a remake was coming. The movie was not terrible I gave it a six (that may be to generous) because the movie was watchable. I had so hoped it would be remade with the kind of money writing acting everything that "It" had when the last remake was done. Everything was just a little off with this movie. The acting was just ok. Character development was pretty non existent. They could have done a lot better on developing some interest in the characters. I think it was to rushed toward the end the drive in ending was terrible some should have pumped the brakes hard on that one! Why? Why remake something if not to make it outstanding! Stephen King is an awesome writer and if the production is done correctly then it should be awesome. Very disappointed ...
I like the MCU movies and there have been some great characters both male and female. What doesn't work is when you try to tell fans the "the king has new clothes when the king is naked!" We want what we want and you can't force us to kneel down to you because you want it. Stop pushing your BS agenda and just entertain us. I have enjoyed all of the female characters as long as my eyes and brain don't tell me that it's sunny outside when it's storming. How any can have the arrogance to take someone else's money and then abuse it to the point that it's getting flushed down the toilet is just beyond any logic!
