Today, water has become one of the most valuable natural resources of our planet in the face of the rapidly increasing need, increasing world population and the increasing influence of the deteriorating climate order. "The Thirst of the World" was withdrawn in about 20 countries, such as South Sudan and North Congo, which are hard to reach. The film introduces the mysterious and fascinating world of water with impressive aerial views. While watching the movie, we discover the most beautiful landscapes - lakes, rivers, wetlands - created by water on our planet.
A North Kenyan shepherd looks into our eyes and says he killed someone for the water and can do it again. When water reaches their village, women dance. An extraordinary United Nations Ambassador describes his struggle against the government to facilitate access to water. The interesting characters we encounter throughout the film enlighten us with their imagination and enthusiasm for water. Access to clean drinking water is one of the biggest challenges of our future

The documentary that every human child should watch, maybe then we actually get where we came from, what we're doing.
a documentary prohibited at atheistic sites that cause protests in atheist communities because it compels a soul to think god has fine tuned the universe. I see Anthropic principle is in action :)
every part of it is precious .. many times while watching it filled my eyes with tears

It's a real funny film that will guaranteed to make you laugh. an incredible cast and brilliant performances (Kemal Sunal and Sener Sen are most notable) make this film a masterpiece for Turkish cinema. Lots of comedy is waiting for you to watch and have fun. it's not a wonderful story by all means though, but it doesn't mean that the film isn't good. it's a wonderful film that will make you laugh and feel good. Absolutely 10/10! Hilarious experience! I'd watched that brilliant film again recent days (I don't know how many times I'd watched it, more than 100 I suppose). One trivia is about Kemal Sunal (rest in peace). He wrote a thesis about himself and his films in the university (while he was 50 or older). He tried to explain how could people were still laughing at his films even they'd watched it a hundred times.
