I'll Catch You

  • Great Acting & Directing make for a fun flick

"I'll Catch You" was a fun film with some interesting plot twists and a talented cast. The movie kept me interested right from the beginning with characters that were convincing and believable. So many indie films nowadays, especially low budget ones, are unwatchable but "I'll Catch You" had the feeling of a professional cast and Director that were simply lacking a big budget. If you enjoy films with twists, I'd recommend it. It reminded me of "The Grifters" with John Cusack and Angelica Huston. The music was great and fit well with the overall feel of the movie too. I look forward to seeing more from Director Miguel Ceja.

  • Melanie Denholme is HOT!

I am not the biggest fan of this genre so I was mildly surprised at how much I enjoyed this movie Lady of the Dark: Genesis of the Serpent Vampire". Usually this genre is just filled with horrible acting and gallons of blood. Not only is Melanie Denholme a very talented actress but she is HOT! Which is important since she is on screen like 90% of the time. What really caught me was the plot and it's twists surprisingly enough - I don't want to give anything away so that's all I'll say about that. Director Philip Gardiner did an artful job of keeping his lead character interesting and changing the role reversal from a usually male dominated protagonist to a HOT female!
