Thematic, Visual, Little Rough, worth a watch...
Quite sexually explicit in one brief scene. Aside from that the visuals are well polished and interesting; this is a full realized world. The dialogue is interesting and at times witty. Acting is mostly good, with stand out performances by Vishaal Reddy and Nana Visitor. Themes are timely dealing with LGBTQ rights and hints at oligarchy. Worth a watch if you like scifi or films centered on social justice.
P.s. The major issue I had (the only one) was no pre-roll at the beginning of the film that says something like "warning this film contains sexually explicit content and may not be suitable..." For me it's nice to have the heads up in case kids are around and I'm watching in a living room.

Enjoyed 1&2, so shocked at this dull rushed cameo mess.
It feels like various scenes linked together without a clear plot. A bad or weak plot can work as long as it's clear. Most jokes were not funny, budget showed at times, and the action scenes felt both unmotivated and non-threatening to two immortal protagonists. Both protagonists do little do gain sympathy from audience as backstory is often sidetracked, undercut by poor jokes, or ignored entirely.
Good things... well the action is well choreographed. Acting is above average. You can tell the entire cast must have had fun making this film. Lighting is nice.
Needs more Dad Jokes.

It comes across like some cheesy fan made story with b-movie laughable plots and dialogue that drag on like some immortal knock knock joke.
The fighting scenes are sped up and done with close ups. The cinematography is typical for television of the 90s. There was nice set design and set locations. You also have some above average acting from guest stars. This does not detract from a plot that feels silly and or over-dramatic.
The only reason a show like this was successful is because of when it was made, it aired on cable tv, most likely the cast and crew got along, and most importantly the budget could be justified in average ratings and dvd sales of the time.

...stories evolve
It took a lot of effort by Asimov and Editors to turn short stories into a trilogy of cohesive books. By the same notion Screen Writers and Show Runners had to reshape the saga into something filmable. This means we end up with combinations of characters, plots, and settings that stay true to theme and overall intention of the original author.
Given all that I've been pleasantly surprised by this production.

Watch the "Mr Arkadin" version. That's better overall (editing, acting)
A strange story about character and the impression we leave on people. Thematically strong w/ an inconsistent plot. Strong climax.
