I've watched several of the episodes of this series on Amazon Prime Video in the last month and most are of some interest especially for those interested in the history of aviation and of the USAF.
However, this episode really stood out to me, because of the obvious care and attention to detail given to the script, the way the events unfold. Series TV in this era ranged from the jejeune to the mildly interesting, dominated by westerns and adventurous fare such as "Highest Patrol" and "Ripcord."
I was fascinated by the storyline of this episode and how it brought a true-to-life grittiness to a screenplay that presumably was taken from actual events.

Occasionally I see a movie that in itself doesn't have a great deal to recommend it. The script is uneven or the plot is implausible, the characters are unlikely and not well-conceived. Yet one performance rescues it, makes it worth the time spent watching till the end.
Rachel Evan Wood's character, Daisy, is so mesmerizing on this otherwise forgettable movie that I waded through all the plot holes and ignored the bland and stilted script just to watch what she'd do next. To say she tugged at my heartstrings is not so significant until you realize I'm an old man with few heartstrings left still strung.
Ms. Wood is sensational in this film. I loved Daisy to the pink moon and back.
