Thunderbolts* is a cinematic exploration of the human condition that transcends the conventional superhero vs. Villain dynamic we are continually subject to in the Marvel universe.
With more dialogue and a bit more backstory added to the mix, the film does the exceptionally novel idea that it portrays justice.
However, the overall execution of this project falls a tad short and is riddled with various flaws, leaving the viewer wanting more than they receive in various scenes that do not quite add up as well as they could've, somewhat diminishing the intensity of the emotions they manage to instill in the audience.
All in all, it deserves a viewing despite the few shortcomings that give the final project a less-than-desired polished look but do not take away the entertainment factor from the film as a whole despite diminishing the intensity of its impact.

Anna Kendrick's likeability was the only redeeming aspect in this farce of a film, but even that could not save this sinking ship by a long shot.
All in all, its ridiculousness inflicts nothing but agonizing pain on its unsuspecting viewers throughout its entirety, assuming they make it to the end credits.
Let's hope all those involved in the making of this concoction of pure nonsensical trash collectively come to the only sane conclusion of putting everyone out of their misery and withholding any further excruciating torment that can be inflicted upon us all by not adding yet another horrid installment to this misadventure of a franchise.

It is quite a saddening ordeal in this day and age that such an abomination was greenlit by producers and that that drivel of a script was acted out by anyone instead of being tossed in the nearest trashcan and incinerated, never to have seen the light of day ever again.
It will thus, assuredly, pose forever more as an irredeemable misstep in the resumé of everyone who chose to be involved in such a wreck.
If you prefer watching films with a plot, acting, character development, or any such element that you are used to seeing in movies as a movie-goer, then I'd suggest you skip this monstrosity as all the aforementioned are nonexistent in its midst.
