If you had the chance to see this movie in theatres, you probably noticed that everybody was laughing throughout the film. In other words, it's funny and funny. Well written script, it's unexpected all the time. Good cast choice as well. What I like is that it's a caricaturization of the hospital situation in regional Quebec. Congratulations guys!
Although it was shot on a very limited budget, that didn't stop David Lussier (producer-director-writer) to make a very (surprisingly good) movie. The characters are funny and so real that you could put names of people you know on them. Also, lead character (Martin Bienvenue) delivered an amazing performance especially when you know that this film was shot in only 5 days! However, I have to admit that the lead female (Genevieve St-Amour) could have been a little bit more convincing in her role. But, since her breath-taking beauty (she's really amazingly beautiful!) we forget all about her flaws in acting. And to close, it was a great idea to go with blues music for the film. Kudos to all!
