Violetchockity

I saw this film at an international film festival - Kviff 23. After a long day full of watching films this film kept me on the edge of my seat. The music and camera are spot on! It delivers a great atmosphere and it's astonishing how much it did with such a simple premise. The actors in the film are amazing, considering there a lot of scenes with intense close ups at their faces. The story line is not black and white, and honestly it made me anxious as the film's ambience put me in the shoes of not just the main character but others and I found myself feeling for them more than I could have imagined.

It is a captivating romantic film. I enjoyed the dialogues and interesting plot twists. There were quite a number of laughs in the theatre. Seen at Vancouver International film festival 2019.
