I thought the movie was good and it really touches on what it's like to be single and alone, middle aged, and from a dysfunctional family. I love Ashley Judd as an actress but she should stay away from politics. Like so many in Hollywood these days it really doesn't do her career any favours. She reminds me of Natalie Wood. I liked the fact the movie didn't push any political agenda at all. Well done. One of Matt Damon's better performances if ask me. I don't understand all the negavite reviews but then again I'm not basing my opinion on the true story so many are referring to in their negative comments. I suggest watch it and decide for yourself. I highly recommend this movie for anyone that wants to know what it's like to find yourself alone & on the streets without any friends or family to turn to. Whatever your circumstance may be in this present moment this could be you with one bad twist of fate. So the next time you see a homeless person on the street, stop and realize that this could just as easily be you. Judge not, lest thee be judged. It's a cruel & lonely world for many and this movie deserves a 10 rating for giving the viewer a full perception of just what it really feels like to go through it. Very well done. Most of you won't be able to get through this movie as the reality of it is just to hard to face. People can have this happen to them after the loss of just one job or relationship and never find their way back & as you get older it gets much harder to cross back over those bridges you left behind or even build new ones because deep down many people are cruel and derive enjoyment from another person's suffering. There is no God. There are just good & evil people, which are you?
