Steve got the serum so that he could help more people efficiently. Sam got the shield so that he could throw it around and help people inefficiently. It's as if sam got a consolation prize for being a good boy with some added bonus as the armor. Iron man had to prove himself he deserved the armor in Ironman 3, but like peter parker said in homecoming "I'm nothing without that suit" - here sam got to prove he is nothing without that suit and shield. All the action sequence had vibranium bidding for Sam! What if wolverine get into a tussle with him? Adamantium which is far more stronger than vibranium will shred him into pieces. It's like the awesomeness of phase 1 to 4 of MCU was accidental and now disney want us to forget about it and gobble up this new pile of fecal matter with enormous enthusiasm! GFYS Disney!
This series have good storyline, good actors but script and camera direction needs major revamp! Script wise season 1 was airtight. Season 2 and 3 had major holes which made the series lethargic at times, especially mid season. Camera direction was a pain in the rear as season 2 had a lot of shots which were focusing less on the person on screen and more at the background. Felt like the character on screen were about to be jumped from behind as they were speaking, most of the time 25 to 30% of the person was out of view. They must have tried to experiment something new since it's a horror series but it made concentrating really hard. Without these 2 setbacks the series is good, keeps you on the edge most of the time. It has its WTF was that moments, CGI looks cool! All in all un-put-down-able!
This series makes you feel like you are in control of progress of this series. It even explores multiple options and their ramifications. As an action adventure genre gamer I am absolutely loving it. Most of the sequences are so intense that you even forget to breathe out of utter excitement, exactly like it happens when you hit an edge of the seat situation in a game with with no do over. The story is brilliant, the fast pace matches with that of an actual game as well as a series. All that was missing was a bowl of pop corns and a sibling to fight over with the controllers and opinions. This ride is that crazy!
