Premise is good but don't think I can suffer the ober loud main character who is without self control.
The choice is a hive mind vs individuality conundrum kinda theme. With all kinds of benefits of a community and shared data without individualism, independence, and probably most importantly, privacy. But I have a hard time seeing myself watching 10 episodes with the annoying main character.
One take on the story is about the advance of technology, ie 1984, and thus leading to collective data, monitoring, automation, AI, with eventual progression to collective consciousness. And how us flawed human beings is to stop this and preserve our identity. Think it was Arthur C Clark who said Highly advance technology is basically indistinguishable from magic.
Another take could be pinning American democracy vs Chinese Communism in some sense. Too obvious and too rough draft for me.
3 episodes in and that's the end for me.
