The movie looks like a realistic story type, it maybe, but the way it is presented by the director is just awesome for a bollywood director. Main credit of the movie goes to the actors who acted like it's their own real life, especially Ranvir Shorey , who is currently one of the best actors in Indian cinema. For me this is his most finest acting in any of his movies most of which i already watched. he is totally into the character. Making such kind of movies is really important for a country whose cinema was totally in mainstream. Now Such movies are representing Indian cinema internationally, i really appreciate it. Hat's Off.

Theme of the movie is presented very well. Deepa mehta did a great job. Whole movie goes wonderfully until climax. Climax is totally unpredictable and little boring. All actors did fine work especially preity zinta. I never expected such a good movie from preity zinta. Cinematography is presented in a very good manner. Absolutely worth watching movie. You will find the characters close to someone you know. You will love the movie as it goes forward and probably won't want to left the chair you are sitting on.Language (punjabi) is quiet hard to understand as i am a pakistani myself. I never expected such a good movie from preity zinta.

I like the film very much, it has several reasons. 1st is that the selection of cast of the movie (Rajat kapoor, Radhika apte and all others) was very good. Despite of bold roles, all of them did their best. Direction is also very good. Past is shown in a very good way. The best thing is that film starts in a mysterious way and ends mysteriously (lefts you kind of shocked). Every single part of movie is connected to other. You can't get away from it once you started. If you put your concentration on any other thing while the movie is playing or you miss a part of it then after some while you will ask yourself, what happened or how did that happened? Hats off for all the cast and directors.
