If the running time of 2 hours & 28 minutes was bad enough it was 2 hours & 28 minutes too long. I have watched all the movies from this series - the reboot & it's sequel & the unrelated sequel & even though these were not the best movies they sure beat this 'official sequel' hands down. The story was long & drawn out with a bunch of hick rednecks running around doing & saying god knows what avenging their fallen inbred loved ones. Nothing sane to see here...move along.

The film had potential using a Slender Man type legend.....I thought anything could be better than the actual Slender Man movie released last year but I was wrong. While this movie had it's moments it was quite slow & dragging in places that my attention wandered quite a bit. If you want to watch a better version of this watch the 2016 TV movie "The Crooked Man".
