I gave it two extra stars because of the cinematography and 'some' of the acting. Otherwise, I have seen this plot in almost EVERY Star Wars series. There is nothing different except that this is several short movies put into a series. It is not that the acting is bad; it is just humdrum because of an unenergetic script.
If you've seen one Star Wars movie, you have seen this series. Of course, if you are a super fan, then of course you will watch this series. I've watched three episodes and that's enough for me. And a lot of just idiotic human traits that, IMHO, would never happen, even for idiots. You see an enemy slowly, yet slowly, get ready to fire at your leader, and none of the about 20 kids do a thing but watch. And these are kids like the movie, Lord of the Flies (1963/1990).
So, just more BS, IMO. A simple plot with simple acting, and a simple script that had nothing new to show.
Thank you for your time.

Within 5 minutes, we have a disgruntled, self-centered, selfish, spoiled kid who only cares about herself. And it's the president's daughter. With no regard for anyone else, and only wants to party. Just plain and simply stupid, lazy script writing. And when the reporter states, '...you can't even keep your own house in order'... Well, Mom is so tired. I can already see it now, the bad girl will save the day towards the end.
It's an incredibly shallow movie with a very weak script and average acting. DEI approved. It was not worth watching after 10 minutes. It is a typical Hollywood movie with very little thought.
Thank you for your small amount of time.

The first season, as all the reviews have shown, was great. All the acting was fantastic. The cinematography was great. The script was great.
So, into the second season, before the 20-minute mark. Why? Why would any teenage girl or boy act like an idiot, act like a selfish, self-centered 'individual' who couldn't care less about everyone and the system that is keeping her alive? After living in a zombie apocalypse for years? Why can't we get a show where not everyone is lying to each other? At 15 minutes, doesn't she realize that zombies are attracted to noise? Or did she forget everything she went through over the several years? And I see the politics in this before the 20-minute mark also.
Why can't writers think that just maybe people will smart up and care about others? Will just maybe work together to create a better living condition... In a zombie apocalypse. Oh, and let's complain about the quality of dope after years in a zombie apocalypse, in the middle of winter. Sheesh.
