I don't even know what to say about this except that Netflix continues its reign as the leader of casting great actors in movies that are just disappointing. Tom Hardy and Timothy Olyphant as corrupt cops with a shared tragic history that left them at odds, Forest Whitaker as a corrupt mayoral candidate, a heist gone wrong, warring gang factions, all written and directed by Gareth Evans, the man behind "The Raid." It starts off promising but quickly becomes confusing, and then devolves into a series of one shootout after another, with some occasional martial arts fighting. I sat through this movie not being completely sure what was even happening until almost the very end-- which could not come soon enough. I almost turned off after an hour and probably should have. It's just terrible. Don't bother. (Fans of Olyphant in particular will be disappointed. He has very little screen time and what few lines he has are mostly cliched "bad guy" throwaway lines.)
