"The Moon and the Son" was the most breathtaking animated film I have ever seen. This was due to it's truthful content. A simple imagined conversation between a man and his deceased father gives insights to the man's need for understanding as well as the understanding that is unveiled. This story is brilliantly told and illustrated. I would highly recommend people to watch this gem. It touched my heart. I laughed. I cried. I personalized. And it made me think. The odyssey of a persons search for heritage, love, acceptance, understanding, empathy is all encompassing. This short is masterful in it's simplicity. It will touch your heart and possibly open it and expand it, too. Two thumbs way up!

  • Writer's Day is Great Fun!

Recently I had the pleasure to screen "Writer's Day" produced by Bill Batand and Faultline Films. I highly recommend this film to anyone who enjoys a good mystery with a sprinkle of comedy. I always enjoyed playing the game of 'Clue' as a child. This movie, "Writer's Day' was like a real life animated game of 'Clue'. The colorful characters added fun and hi-jinx. The twists and turns within the plot line were delicious. The film reminded me of an Agatha Christie adventure only much funnier! I highly recommend a viewing of "Writer's Day". While pondering the whodunit you will experience the tongue in cheek adventure. So get a clue and enjoy "Writer's Day"! Bravo & kudos! ~ Glorinda Marie

  • Up & Coming Director/Writer Brian Ging has heart!

Up & Coming Director/Writer Brian Ging has genuine heart! Brian has created a realistic and hard hitting story. He has masterfully used powerful images to

    uncover his plot.

American Yearbook is an insightful look at high school bullying and it's ill effects on society. The story follows one set of teens plight but it really reflects a larger picture of what goes on in our high schools today. With films like 'Bowling For Columbine' and 'American Yearbook', society is forced to examine this troubling issue. Brian weaves a natural story that evokes both empathy and horror in the audience.

I was dee[ly honored to have played the high school counselor in this disturbing drama. My role helped to define the point of view of the school and the 'head in the sand' attitude that can prevail. What is more important - the life of one teen or the reputation of the whole school?
