The recent "Apple at Work: The Underdogs - OOO (Out of Office)" advertisement has depicted Thailand in a way that is culturally insensitive and misleading. The portrayal of Thailand as a less-than-modern country is simply inaccurate.
Thailand boasts a highly developed infrastructure, including an efficient light rail system and some of the most modern malls in the world. The country's cuisine is not only delicious but also reasonably priced, with Michelin-starred food available at street vendors. The advertisement's depiction of accommodation is equally misleading. It shows a setting that might cost 300 baht per night in a hostel, whereas in reality, you can find comfortable, mid-range hotels for 900 to 1500 baht per night, often including free breakfast.
I have personally stayed at a 1400 baht per night luxury spa with my wife, experiencing top-notch amenities and services. Such depictions in advertisements contribute to outdated stereotypes and fail to represent the true essence and modernity of Thailand.

I came into the film expecting to suck. Heck even the movie itself joked about how bad sequels are. I found it ironic, very selfaware at that point.
The biggest issue with the film is the writing it feels nothing like the original too much in your face humor too much slapstick. It's more akin to the latest Ghostbusters scenario. It is definitely hard to write a sequel.
What the film got right was the homage to the original cast. I was very much impressed with the patience and dedication to deliver that package.
Let me discuss the original for a quick moment the jokes in the original were "slap stick-ish" but they had weight that carried the plot. Either tying to the character or acted as setup for a follow joke. Even Adam Sandler films have setups. His movies aren't great but they are a proven formula. The most important thing about comedy is acheiving silly yet cerebral. This movie completely missed the target.
Why did it miss the target? It had some of the best comedic professionals ever! The beginning was probably the best written part and as it progressed just got muddied with weird out of place cartoonish characters and by the time it acheived any feelings it was too stupid to care about.
Writing = Bad Acting = Superb Cinematography = Okay Set Design = Great
5.5 / 10

Every show has it's pitfalls I think is probably the worst episode in the season. The way the cinematography panned out and the plot holes. It just felt unnatural. Definitely the worst of the rest.
