  • Dragged on

This would have been so much better if they'd shortened it down to no more than 4 episodes. It felt repetitive, by episode 5 I was skipping through to get to the key bits.

  • Absolute bore-fest

How anyone enjoyed it is beyond me. Slow slow slow. Boring boring boring. Totally uninteresting story. I guess the acting was decent. That's the only positive I have.

  • An interesting story

I enjoyed this documentary, it was interesting to learn about this strange character of a man and how he got away with his actions for so long. It was also interesting seeing how other people were reacting to him.

  • Loved the One-Shot aspect

Stephen Graham was amazing as usual. I found the one-shot filming fascinating and I was fully invested throughout the entire film. The movie felt very real and authentic. I would have liked to see a little more regarding the ending, but I also understand the director wanting to leave the audience to ponder the ending.

  • It was really good!

I was shocked to find this movie was only rated 5.8 on IMDB! It was a really good film with a new and different plot that kept me gripped throughout the entire film. I didn't think there were any plot holes like some have said in their reviews. I can't help wonder if some of these people watched the same movie I did! It was a brilliant thriller with a satisfying ending too. Definitely reccomend!

  • Not as good as the book

Stick with the book. This missed out lots and wasn't as good at all!

I was very intrigued by the first episode, but then it started focusing on conspiracy theories only...

  • Season 2 even better than season 1

Totally gripped throughout the whole of season 2, puts the whole story together and an ending worth waiting for.

  • Good series

I disagree with the reviews that say it was slow. There were so many people involved in the case they needed to capture stories from a lot of people! It was a well made series in my opinion and I like that we found out in depth what happened to these people and where they are now.

  • Can be upsetting for children

My 8 year old son cried several times at the sad parts in the film and also with how it ended, I thought the story was ok and some of the characters cute but I felt it was too intense in parts for children. I was also flabbergasted to see the cats drinking bottles of labelled VODKA, shots, wine, whisky and an array of other alcoholic beverages..

  • Wow

Give Stephen Graham the BAFTA now, what an amazing actor and a powerful series this was. All actors in The Virtues were outstanding but Stephen... just wow

  • The best horror of 2018

After hearing all the negativity about Birdbox I didn't expect it to be great. But I was gripped from start to end with literally my mouth hanging open with chilling suspense.

I'm a huge horror fan and for me this is the best Horror Thriller of 2018. Hats off to Sandra Bullock and her fellow cast members for superb acting too.

  • Cheesy & Predictable

I think I pretty much predicted every aspect of the movie which made it cringeworthy. A lot of cheese and same old even cheesier "Liam Neeson fight scenes" that we've probably all seen a hundred times. The plot and premise didn't seem particularly new and exciting either. Certainly didn't take me on an action packed thrill ride.

  • Really enjoyable!

I expected the worst given some of the reviews on here, but I really enjoyed this! There weren't any dull or predictable moments. And even gave me some big jumps.

Enjoyable for a horror or thriller fan!

  • A lovely "goosepimple" movie

I'm very surprised at the reasonably low rating of this movie. For me it was very enjoyable and engaging. You really get involved with the 2 characters story and spend the whole film really wondering if they will survive the plane disaster and circumstances they've found themselves in.

Great acting and chemistry between Idris Elba & Kate Winslet and many "goosepimple" moments.

    A movie definitely worth watching!

  • A very gripping series

I enjoyed the first series revolving around the OJ Simpson murder trial, the second series is all about the assassination of fashion designer Gianni Versace.

The emphasis throughout the series on the serial killer Andrew Cunanan rather than Versace himself, although we do get to see a good amount of backstory on Versace also.

We get a real raw insight into Cunanan's psychotic mind, background and his shocking killing spree. It is a very gripping series and Darren Criss played the role of murderer Cunanan absolutely outstandingly and in my opinion deserves an award for his portrayal of this complex character.

My only criticism is the timeline jumps were confusing at times, when there's a week between episodes and each episode centering on a different year and back and forth rather than chronologically, I did get confused at times of what took place when. It did all come together though in the final episode.

  • Not a bad kids movie!

I think the ratings on this movie are harsh! It is a kids film to be primarily enjoyed by kids not adults, and from what I gathered at the busy cinema - it was! My 6 year old certainly enjoyed it! And to be honest I didn't think it was that bad either (and I've sat through some unbearable kids movies!).

  • A boring ride

I'm not sure why so many consider this a brilliant horror, I stuck with it but it was so boring! Slightly creepy and I mean SLIGHTLY if I'm really trying to look for positives. But I couldn't wait for it to just get to the end to be honest.

A lot of boring dialogue about the couples relationship as well which I doubt the audience gave a monkeys about.

  • Boring Rubbish

I left the cinema asking "well what comes at night?" I'm still none the wiser. Definitely not a horror film and to be honest not sure what it was at all? But what I will say is that it's utterly boring, no idea why anyone would rate it high? Everyone was leaving the cinema disappointed.

  • Good & "Different" Horror

Loved the premise of the movie, gives something a bit different from the norm. I thought it might be repetitive since it has the "Groundhog Day" aspect to it, but it was very enjoyable and a definite watch for any horror or thriller lover!

  • A decent & surprising Horror

I love horror films & enjoyed this, it was different to what I expected and held my interest all the way through. Not cheesy or predictable at all, I'm not sure why some people didn't like it? It has some jumps and also twists, it certainly had many moments that left me shocked (in a good way) definitely worth a watch!
