La Palma fails to impress, delivering a painfully outdated experience. Its scenes and dialogue feel ripped straight from the 90s, riddled with clichés that make every moment predictable and uninspired. The characters lack depth, and the relationships are painted in broad, generic strokes. To make matters worse, the visual effects are subpar, often distracting from the story rather than enhancing it. Despite the potential for an engaging plot, the show leans too heavily on tired tropes, making it difficult to take seriously. Overall, it's a missed opportunity that feels more like a relic than a modern series.
I am big original CSI fan. This reboot chose the worst possible cast and the worst possible personality characters.
1. An African American woman boss that's supposed to be law enforcement but can hardly move her own weight 2. A pretty face white boy that has zero charisma 3. A Eastern woman who's role is to be annoying 4. A middle age white man who just plays insecure all the time 5. Two kids, an Asian male and a Emo female.
It's a cheap attempt to reach out to new audiences but makes the show a total non relatable mess.
The only thing that saves from total disaster is the old characters chowing up to save the show.

The movie aims to deliver an epic showdown between two iconic monsters, but it falters by prioritizing relentless action over coherent storytelling. The film's stunning CGI and jaw-dropping battle scenes are impressive, yet the violence is too intense for young viewers. The human characters are forgettable, with motivations that are either nonsensical or clichéd, and the dialogue often feels forced and unconvincing.
For adults seeking a film with depth and substance, "Kong x Godzilla" offers little more than frustration. The narrative is thin, and the attempts at humor and heart fall flat, overshadowed by the film's relentless pace and lack of meaningful stakes. While visually spectacular, the movie ultimately feels hollow and unsatisfying, failing to engage beyond its impressive monster brawls.
