  • A complete waste of time

Are you kidding me? Jon Favreau wrote the screenplay for this movie? ::shaking head:: Jon, what were you thinking?! This movie is predictable and sophomoric, and the characters are shamefully stereotyped. I get the feeling they were aiming for Revenge of the Nerds, but ended up with Revenge of the Nerds IV: Nerds in Love. It's a shame that I'll never get that 105 minutes of my life back.

  • BLECH!

This is far and away the worst movie I have ever had the misfortune of watching. If it weren't 4:00 am with nothing else on but infomercials that I'd already watched, I would have changed it. Actually, the infomercials probably would have been more enjoyable, even as repeats, because they are better written and more plausibly acted than this movie was!

The plot line was incredibly weak, serving only as a way to connect scenes of sex, drugs, and some really awful music that would make even Austin Powers cover his ears and run away, screaming like a little girl. I'm sure that the director thought he was being artsy with this picture, but I've seen better directing from 10-year-olds in an after school film club.

Take my advice: if you have a choice between watching Beyond the Valley of the Dolls and Ron Popeil, pick Ron!
