I can't even remember the last time I wrote a review on the Internet Movie Database but after seeing this movie today I feel compelled to.

Please don't spend your hard earned money on this film like I did. If you do you will find yourself waiting the entire movie for anything of note to happen and it never really does.

While you are waiting though you can let you mind wander to imagining Anthony Hopkins laughing all the way to the bank for the paycheck he cashed for appearing in this boring mess. God, what happened to him? He used to be a highly respected actor but to see the performance he puts on at the alleged climax of this movie you have to wonder.

I seriously almost walked out but I figured I wouldn't get my money back. Instead I kept waiting for the end to come. It was a religious movie and I was in purgatory waiting for it to be over. And the sad thing about this whole experience was that the theater was PACKED...late comers had to sit in the front row! This movie is terrible and worthy of the fabled January dumping ground for films no studio has faith in...no pun intended.

I still remember this pilot as totally capturing the spirit of the movie. It was VERY good and a disappointment that it was passed over as a regular series. I would have loved following her adventures weekly. Sitcoms today are pretty much all about sex without telling a truly decent and interesting story. The idea that AIB could cram in a wacky new tale in 22 minutes every week would have been promising because the writers would have to work really hard.

Replacing Elisabeth Shue would have been hard but the actress they used was decent enough. I would like to have heard the Networks reason for passing on this. It's ten times better than the junk they have on today like BIG BANK THEORY.
