This supposed to be summer blockbuster falls short to Cruise's Edge of Tomorrow in all possible ways (considering the fact they have somewhat of a similar movie plot).
The father-daughter and father-son relationships -are a cliche but they will get you if you're soft enough. They tried humor here and there, and a few of them may make you giggle.
Neither the story development nor the character development was satisfying. It is watchable once if you have nothing else to watch, but you will soon forget about it.

To be honest, I was expecting the series to be mediocre given its predecessors were utterly disappointing. Thankfully, Loki is miles better.
Loki was obviously the fan favorite character and you may think it has something to do with the high rating, but that is not the case. Hiddleston and Wilson are fantastic together on screen as you may expect.
If the series ending is as good as its opening, Loki will probably be the best movie/series Marvel will have ever made thus far, at least in my opinion.
