This is a well directed, well acted French movie. Lots of action and exotic cars, we have a very good female action hero in the lead too.
The production values are very good and it's definitely not a low budget movie.
The locations are interesting, some good car chases that even Luc Besson would be proud of. It's a contemporary movie set in quite an exotic seaside location.
Well worth watching, it is also a violent movie so keep that in mind in case that's not for you.
Unlike so many other movies there are no boring subplots to distract you. I'm surprised it didn't have a cinema release , I think it would have done well at the box office.

This is definitely not an action movie, but an attempt at a psychological drama, could have made a tight 90 min movie, but I lost patience half way through and fast forwarded through the rest. I think it could have been improved with a better script, and editing to bring the duration down. Lots of meaningful silences, and ultimately we didn't really care about these rather boring characters.
It also is described as 'horror' on Prime, and that must refer to the script, because there is as much horror in this movie as an ad for Coke.
I'm sure otters will give this a higher rating but could have been much much better.

It's just not funny, and I say that as a fan of comedy.
Noel Fielding is a very lightweight comic, and adds little to the story as the lead character. It tries hard to be like Monty Python or Blackadder , and I'm sure the pitch to Apple was hilarious, but the heavy handed execution is like a high school play. I barely got through the first episode, and definitely not coming back for more.
The production values are great, sets, lighting, costumes , but it begins with what's on the page, and I was really looking forward to some thigh slapping belly laughs, instead some lame jokes that must have been funny in the production meeting, but fall flat in production. I am puzzled by the positive reviews, its 'try hard comedy'.
