I was especially surprised at how good this movie was for its budget. The choreography and monster make-up were meh, but everything else I really quite enjoyed. The head bad guy played by Ryan Davies was amazing in his role. The cinematography and color choices were excellent. I'm glad we stumbled on this film. It kept us interested from start to finish.
Oof, this was rough to watch. I think I laughed twice. This movie went full woke before the woke cult was even a thing. This seemed to ride on the coat tails of the first movie.
I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this. I was working on a side photography project, put this on for background noise, but ended up watching this instead. I had little hope for it, but it was a great surprise to find out how well written and acted this was. The acting especially was on point. Both Landon Liboiron and especially Lindsey Shaw were amazing. The music was pretty good too. Had some nice action, some nice suspense, some romance, some mystery... This was just an overall solid movie. Again, I can't stress enough how good Lindsey Shaw was in this movie. She wasn't the main character, but I feel like she stole the show. Easily one of the better Howlings.
