This was a great movie. So, maybe it was a little long, but it had to be. There was so much information that this movie gave us; the true story, from Dean Carny's, Holmby's, and the Fairmount's points of view, and the happenings. Wow! I watched a documentary on the real Billionaire Boys Club, and it was surprising how close the mini-series actually was. Incredible performances by Judd Nelson and Brian McNamera. All around great court movie....*+*Anna*+*
This movie really surprised me. It was both endearing, and funny, but also very deep at times. And Judd Nelson, of course, is my all-time favorite. I never knew he could play such a wonderful nerd. I think my favorite scene is where Phil(The Judd Man) Is in that piece of crud airplane, imagining what everyone will do when he lands head-first into the ground in cinders! Then to add to his anxiety, the pilot offers him a joint! Too funny..... I recommend it to Judd Nelson fans, and college guys. Heck, anybody can watch it, it's that good! *+*Anna*+*
I have always LOVED Judd Nelson, ever since I first saw him. He absolutely Shines in this movie. He is so compellingly deep, that besides how shallow he acts in the beginning, you know that there is something behind those eyes. He tries to cover them, shade them with sarcasm, but they still sadden up. What a great actor. I'm wondering why he was reduced to minor slasher flicks after such a huge success! I just have to ask that. He startles me with his eyes. The movie is wonderful, but I strongly suggest forgetting the sound track, and the ending; they just don't fit. *+*Anna*+*
