This movie really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be! In fact, it wasn't bad at all! I originally thought it would just be endless freaky sex and needless nudity. I kept myself from watching it for so long because I thought it was just going to be unnecessarily graphic and too much for some people to bear. I actually came out of this movie saying that I would definitely rewatch it in the future because there's so much to dissect (pun intended). It really is a philosophical treatise and has so much to offer on multiple watches. In the end, it is really about women's empowerment. But it has so many different philosophical ponderings, ideas, and overall eccentricities. It goes over cynicism, naivete, sexual freedom, curiosity, and overall human character. Morality is definitely not black and white and there are so many gray areas in life. This movie has such a visually poppy look to it and there's a lot of things going on! I really felt the need to review this movie because I feel that people need to give it a shot. Yes, there are graphic sex scenes, dead bodies and such, but I feel that everyone can get something from this.
A lot of people are uncomfortable with being uncomfortable. Life is not all peaches and roses. You're going to see blood, you're going to see sex, you're going to hear curse words, and you are most definitely going to experience things that you don't want to. It is all part of the journey and no one can ever grow without experiencing the world and all of its many moving parts. That is all.

I never was a huge fan of teenage mutant Ninja turtles but this movie hopefully has a sequel because it was so colorful and fun! The cast is so star-studded and this is the time movie I would watch again most definitely! Definitely fun for everybody, but it has certain language and scenes that some kids may find a little disturbing, but come on, these kids nowadays aren't scared of anything! There's definitely about to be some sequels and I cannot wait for them! The animation is so Poppy and trippy like the spider-verse movies and I'm all for it! Such an artsy take on the Ninja turtles! This movie has some surprises for you, that's all I'll say! Didn't know some of my favorite stars were the voices behind the characters! Can't wait for the sequel(s). This movie stands alone on its own fantastically, but I need more!
The perfect joke to set up this sci-fi social commentary of a movie. I think there may be some truth to this film. There's definitely something in the water; someone has been poisoning the well for a long time. Who is behind all of these distractions and unhealthy foods, drinks, and pharmaceuticals? Black people in poverty stricken communities and hoods everywhere do tend to fall into the same habits and there are some common threads. We have been falling for the okey-doke for way too long and just filing in line. You are what you eat right? What you put into your body and mind definitely matters! The state of the musical landscape especially is concerning. Don't get stuck in the trap! Great movie with some philosophical undertones and obvious allusions. I like how it has the old technicolor/panavision look with the film dots/bubbles too. Great acting, good story, and cool soundtrack. They definitely need to make a series out of this. The ending sets that up perfectly. Only united do we stand a chance! The revolution will be beautiful!
P. S. Just a conspiracy; but I bet this movies is why Jamie Foxx had his mysterious illness suddenly strike recently. This movie is too real.
