This type of lighthearted and quality comedy and show is hugely lacking in this day and age! I am really enjoying this show so far.. I think it Steve Martin and Martin Short are comedic geniuses and the banter throughout was very natural and fun. I was a bit skeptical at first because of the seemingly odd choice to cast Selena with these two classics, but it totally works! 👏

I enjoyed this series. I see some reviews referencing the inaccuracies of this era, but this series is not supposed to be a documentary. This is a fantasy and the setting just happens to be the 1800's.. if you like quirky romance novels, then you will like this series. I don't watch much tv, and I watched this in 2 days :-)
