I too watched this show in the 80's and so wish it would come to DVD. It was progressive, interesting, unique and extremely entertaining. I have really missed this show since it went off the air. I remember the crazy animation and it was the first time I saw Refer Madness(which made me laugh, mostly) among other shows that were cutting edge at that time. I miss the 1970's so much and wish something like it was still with us. A lot of the 70's and 80's shows were the best and so creative. I watched Night Flight every weekend as a kid and wish someone would pick up the reruns. I give it like twenty stars. ********************
This has become my favorite show on TV. Roday and Hill are excellent together. My favorite episodes so far are the BEE epi and the Little boy Cat epi. The show is well written and extremely well acted. Rarely can I watch an episode more than once and still enjoy it. I have watched every episode more than three times and still laugh every time. I think this show should last a very long time. I would love to see Shawn and Monk in an episode together. Could you imagine the chaos? I certainly can imagine the laughter that would ensue. I would love to see Shawn and Gus go to San Francisco and tangle with Monk. I would to see more of Corbin and where are Gus' parents. I would like to see more of a back story on him as well. Please USA keep the episodes and seasons coming. I can't get enough!!!!!!!!!
I found this show well acted and well written. NO, I have not read the novels but I throughly enjoy every episode so far. I think Paul Blackthorne is wonderful as the lead character. The show grew on me after the first episode and I just love Bob. I like the fact that his abilities were slowly introduced to the show. And as a witch. I love the use of everyday objects as his wand(i.e. the hockey stick). I also love that Claudia Black co-starred on the show. She is one of my favorites. I also enjoy the addition of the supernatural elements some are right on. Please, if you love detective shows tune in for something different. This show is amazing it makes me want to read the novels. Way to go Scifi Channel.
