I enjoyed the movie. Not the best shark movie I've seen, however I must say that the message that Richard Dryfess teaches his granddaughter and others in the movie about how the ocean is their territory, is amazing and so true!! I must say that his message to the audience at the end about ocean conservation and how sharks are beneficial to our ecosystems, was something that everyone should see and be educated in, especially with how they are more beneficial to us alive than dead. Please support and donate towards ocean conservation and please stop consuming shark fin soup and stop killing sharks. We need them more than we know and even though they are terrifying in movies, they should be more terrified of us in real life!! Thank you Richard, you're correct!!
I don't know why people are so critical!? Who cares that it was a love movie in a horror movie! It's very original and I just think people don't get dark humor and don't know how to have fun when it comes to movies like this one. Does no one have a sense of humor?! I LOVED this movie!! All of the kills/gore were/was amazing! I loved all the dark humor, twists and turns, and it was definitely different, but that's one of the reason I loved it!! And just because there is love in the movie, it was more of a slasher film, like Scream, than anything else. So, for all the negative reviewers, it's a shame that you can't enjoy a great movie like this one!!
