Over the top action comedy with horror elements. I can only really describe it as Hot Fuzz meets The Hunt. Some of the accents triggered my inner Limmy (if you're not Scottish, that might go over your head), but I enjoyed the overall presentation. Nothing ground breaking, but good fun and made me laugh...that's really all that's important. Worth a try if you liked the aforementioned films.
Kinda pretentious indie drama about depression, drug addiction, the struggle of trying to get by and trying to get home. It's a pretty compelling story, just a bit let down by some dodgy dialogue here and there and a few of the cast not pulling their weight. I enjoyed the last 30 minutes or so a lot, it gets pretty insane and intense. Not that the first hour was bad or anything...just kinda felt like it was walking a straight path for too long. Decent enough.
This is one of the silliest movies I've ever seen. The acting is horrifically bad, the plot is completely ridiculous and the dialogue is immature for the most part. It did make me laugh a few times and as a wrestling fan, it popped me with the cameos. If you like deliberately bad, super dumb movies, I'd say it's worth checking out...otherwise, stay far, FAR away from this.
