  • Point Perfect In Every Way

Every aspect of the film is perfect. Well, as close as we'll ever see.

The characters are memorable and relatable. The plot moves along briskly, but never feels rushed. There are several quiet moments to catch your breath.

Godzilla is the best I've ever seen. They made him look like 'a guy in a rubber suit' on purpose, and it really adds to the effect! He's gigantic, unstoppable, supernatural and really really angry! He gets the right amount of screen time to fully experience his majestic might so we never get bored of him destroying stuff.

Historical accuracy is well done (Hibiki was sent to the USSR in the real world, here it joins the fight!) the dates and location information adds to the "real feel" of the movie.

You won't find many 'monster movies' as good as this anywhere, any time. Go Go Godzilla! (Blue Oyster Cult)

  • Genius or terrible? It's up to you.

The KLF movie is not... normal. If that is a bad thing? If you really like normal then you might dislike The White Room. If 'not normal' is a good thing? You just might love it. Mixed across scenes from various song videos are elements of pure genius. This is not much more than a string of muzak videos and yet it is so much more. Should you watch this film? I say yes. Like it or hate it, it is required viewing. Even the scenes of them driving are beautiful. Driving in the rain, snow, deserts, cities and highways. It is a 'road movie' after all! There are memorable moments of absolute magnificence scattered here and there. It's short and while there isn't much of a plot? It is still very interesting.
