EXCELLENT WAY TO CHOOSE A DIET. Every show in the season has 7 different diets, divided into crash dieters (2 different diets), short 6-week diets (2 diets), and two 4-month dieters, and an extreme diet, performed by the tv host, a PHYSICIAN, who supervises every diet. You get to see all the struggles people have, from starting to cook their healthy meals for the first time, to breaking from carbs and sweets. At the end of the journey, you see who cheated and who didn't, and how much weight they lost!. The diet s vary from eating peanut butter before meals to fasting for a couple of days eating a bone broth soup. You get to see everything in the Rainbow of diet...Then, you choose yours! Love the host!
