WHAT do you people want?? There were scenes and concepts in here, that I had never seen before! I saw fantastic effects, GREAT directing and acting, and PLOT, and EVERYTHING!
I gave it a nine, because of two things: The background planet is WAY too close, because the two would be tearing each other apart, ala "When Worlds Collide". Also, when Ray Fisher's "Bloodaxe" character is trying to get his troops to come with him, he should've been MUCH louder. How could they hear him? But those are ALL TWO of my problems with this movie.
And all of you who didn't like this one, I'm sure YOUR movie would've been so much better. HA!

And I really like "Seven Days in May". But I have a question. The president's aide, "Paul Girard", folds up the admirals confession, and puts it in his cigarette case.
HOW did that cigarette case wind up in the wreckage of the vice-president's plane crash, over in Spain or wherever?
Otherwise, John Frankenheimer was a great director of TV and movies, and what a cast he had to work with here! Of course it was great to see Ava Gardner, and Edmund O'Brien was nominated for an Oscar. Having Kirk Douglas's character going against Burt Lancaster's character, well, it's a winning combination.
But I hope someone can answer my question.

You've got a very small town, where once you drive in, you can't find your way out. And at night, the surrounding forest is full of creatures that look like normal humans, but they want to eat you.
In S1, they were trying to build a radio transmitter and receiver. I guess it doesn't work, because in S2 they're trying to do it again.
I'm looking at the show again, but the last episode I saw made me stop, because the main problem was one of the young ladies was found with a metal rod through her head that was also embedded in a tree. I think they're running out of ideas, and with this limited premise who could blame them?
