Great storyline. Loving the character development and side stories. There were small details that were inconsistent especially at the beginning- Jackie can supposedly only take AP Bio but suddenly she's in a chemistry class, there is a lack of clarity on what grade and just how old each character is, and why it takes Will so long to get to the broken down truck on the way to the fair. I like the slow burn, that the teenagers act like teenagers and make mistakes. This show walks the line of believably dramatic and tv show dramatic pretty closely. The actors did a good job and their chemistry is good- especially between Danny and Erin. The writing was decent but could be improved.
The soundtrack needs life support. It was distractingly bad except for the last episode or two.
Overall, I'm excited for the next season. Especially with the way things ended.

This story is portrayed like a theater play. I really enjoyed the unique scenes and the way the characters flashed back in their memories together. The characters were believable and I think that the leads have great chemistry. I agree with a previous post that says this is relatable for today's late twenties crowd. It's refreshing to see a story that is honest. To see characters that are starting to own their own flaws. It's good to see two people who have gone through a lot try to work through their stuff together- without the commitment to forever that rom coms usually like to throw together. I also liked the music too. It held the line between serious and vulnerable and overwhelming like the many parts of the movie. I would recommend this movie AND I'd watch it again.
This is one of my favorite romance films. I love the dialogue. The way it's artfully shot. I like the casting and humor. I love the ending.
There are some moments that feel a little out of place. One of the supporting characters isn't my favorite.
The backstory of the characters makes sense.
I first saw this movie years ago and thinking about it still makes me feel things. It's rare that I find a romantic movie that stays with me and not only that but brings such a depth like 5 to 7. It's an honest and beautiful movie that makes you think.
