I truly love Sadie in Stranger Things, became a fan from day one due to it being filmed right behind my neighborhood. This film however made me fall deeper captivated by this special young lady. I actually despise musicals but WOW! Not gonna lie, I cried listening to her sing. So beautiful and talented. This is magical. I usually read reviews before even watching something but since Sadie is in this, I said screw what other's think, I'm a fan of hers. On her fifth birthday, I lost my cousin, it's another reason why I'm a fan, Her presence on the screen reminds me of my cousin. I digress. DEFINITELY worth the watch, especially if you love strength, adventure, unity, music, and ambition.
Lifetime movies be SO extra in uncalled for scenes. First let me say that the casting was perfect. Anyone with even half a brain cell would agree. My rating is low ONLY because I can not stand bullies. But other than that though, I enjoyed the so called mean girls came around. The introduction was unnecessary, however. Just a complete waste of footage, though I recognized that it was foreshadowing but it definitely wasn't needed, only because the film quickly went into action. This film had a lot of intense emotions but that's to be expected with film by Lifetime, lol! It's definitely a certified drama network. I did watch the entire film and ended up with a headache due to the annoyance of many events in this said film.
