Tuba Büyüküstün and Halit Ergenç, Masters of Acting
The conceited political journalist Hacan, played by talented actor Halit Ergenç, who furrows his eyebrows exceptly, is assigned to do an article about the celebrity Manolya Demir ( played by the talented and beautiful actress Tuba Büyüküstün ) .
Between Hakan and Manolya there is a well-animated and intriguing verbal interaction similar to a game of Ping-Pong .
Among them are concerns about the fragility of trust and the need for human connection. The work of both actors, masters of acting, Tuba and Halit is exceptional .
10/10 !!!!!!!!!!

While the first season is very good, the second is superb. 8 years after Constantinople conquest Vlad the impaler became a real thread. This is an educational series fleshing out the history that some may not be wholly aware of. Despite been a docu series, there is more dramatization than explanation or narrative. Second season has more military tactics, psychological warfare, evolution of weapons. Love the empowerment given to women in this period of time in this case the political character of Princess Mara Hatun , brilliantly personified by actress Tuba Buyukustun. This is worth cheking out.
I watched it for the first time dubbed in English, the second time in its original language and it is a difference from heaven to earth. The original voices are full of emotions, they are part of their performance and this series is all about feelings. All three actresses were perfectly cast, they are extremely talented and their chemistry is great. Tuba Buyukustun is one of the most beautiful and best actresses in the world. She performs naturally and passionately and looks like a Goddess. The main theme of this series is how the acts of our ancestors affect people, which are somehow stored in the memory of our body, and how to accept them in order to understand what happens to us in our lives and move forward.
