Do not get me wrong, this film explores a worthy subject. Its beautiful but its slow. Usually I like slow movies, its a crime that most of what we see nowadays tries to constantly get your attention like it is a TikTok video. Unfortunately though, this movie was slow but empty. Though the acting was amazing, most of the time the scenes were lacking in context. They could show you something, touch you in some way or foreshadow things. Apart from several moments where the intention of silence and emptiness deliberately built up to something, I did not find any meaning apart from dragging the films duration and setting a slow pace "just because". Shame that it could have been so much more but failed to deliver.
Was interesting but turned hard to an LBGTQ show third season, with nothing new to offer. The first two seasons are an easy eight out of ten but then the show can't decide which direction it is going.
This movie basically sets a plot in 20 mins and then explores all the moves of Mortal Kombat Leatherface character. Brainless and as gory as it came get.
