- The final act was a bit too much in the sense that at that point it dragged on. Overstayed its welcome. Up to that point it was a pretty solid watching and enjoyable watching.
- The director and production put lots of effort and thought into this movie , because the editing and the camera angles and pace were done with care .
- I enjoyed seeing Demi Moore & Qualley's keister and jubblies. They make their way onto the screen in a delightful manner. And it was enjoyable.
- There is symbolism and ulterior messaging going on , the director is trying to say something about Hollywood and how dodgy humans can be or something.
- If you are into body horror and interesting fresh of breath air. Give it a shot, it was a pretty good watch.
- It's one of these guessing movies. Is it all in the protagonist head? Or is real? The problem is it overstays its welcome pretty quick. By chapter 3 it became agonizing.
- The materials and foundation is all there to make a solid movie, but it was terribly executed. See below.
- The child actors, oh my, pretty bad I'm sorry to say. If you make a movie where they play that big of a role, you'll need to nail that down! The lines were quiet poorly performed. It became pretty cringe and honestly painful to watch.
- I was praying that the movie would do a time skip where the boys grew up to be teenagers. You know, to save the movie with stronger performances and immersion support. Nope, they went all in.
- The screenwriting had its moments but was dragged down by the poor performance and odd choices. It screams amateur writing at times.
- Cinematography was pretty good.
- Music was pretty good as well.
- If you do a movie in the woods, with a limited budget, limited actors, some vfx - everything hinges on super strong actors with talented performances. This was not it.
- The beginning was really interesting and showed a new side.
- At the same time I was also worried it would become young adults / teens band together adventure which is an odd poor choice. But luckily it's only half as insufferable.
- The UK accents in this one was annoying as heck.
- That being said, the actor who plays the android - wow, brilliant acting. He made me sit through it without regret.
- The aliens in this one are not that smart unfortunately as previous movies.
- The visuals are pretty decent.
- I feel like in tries to honor and pay tribute to the first movie way too much. Like in a sociopath way almost.
- The ending was corny, but could have been worse.
