I think a lot of people suffer in silence with overwhelming lives reflected in their homes. It's a relevant topic right now with the strain on families. I really enjoy the gentle way they tackle the issues at the heart of the cluttering and traumas the families have faced (with guidance). Helping people unpick their problems and giving them a fresh perspective. Some of the stories have been so heartbreaking and heart-warming too. It's a very personal insight into how families live and how they have been affected by problems. Plus the transformations and love that seem to go into it make it emotional and enjoyable to watch, especially when they are making homes for people and families that really need them.
