This is a very tender and sad movie. The characters are both strong and weak in that the female lead has an affair knowing that she is to marry someone when she reaches her destination. The male lead seeks an indelible revenge when he learns of her infidelity. The ending is shocking and sad. For a short film , it shows a lot of history about the time period and about how people react to disappointment in their lives. The actors are so good that you are completely in the story and the emotions that it engenders. On the whole, this is a short film to see and appreciate. Of course, without this good director and these good actors the film would only be storytelling of the mediocre sort. The cast and crew combine to bring a wonderful story to life.
