I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed Monkey Life. Everybody involved is so committed and dedicated to caring about all the animals' welfare. It was a joy to watch. I felt almost as involved as the keepers and carers. As someone has already said "what a legacy Jim Cronin has left behind him" and Alison, his brave wife is carrying it on.
I do hope that another series is being made. I should love to know how the 88 monkeys from Chile get on and how they adapt to their wonderful new life.
This is the first time I have ever been sufficiently moved by a documentary to put pen to paper. It is a really magnificent program shown with such compassion for the primates, and also with great insight for the viewers to help us understand the animals' feelings and let us feel really involved.
Keep up the good work Alison, you are a treasure. You truly care, like Jeremy and the keepers also, about the animals' happiness and their quality of life.
Please bring us another series.
