Prepare for a cosmic comedy as outlandish as its title! Meet astronaut Ryan Van Hill-Song, who returns from space only to find his pregnant wife, Sadie, suspicious about his time among the stars. NASA sends a crew to track them down, leading to a humorous blend of sci-fi shenanigans, twists and turns.
I enjoyed how "Alien Love" embraces its low budget and fully capitalises on the genre's familiar tropes. I was laughing so hard because of its almost absurd delivery. When your husband returns from space, he is a changed man, so don't rush to jump into bed with him! I bet the cast had a blast filming!
If you enjoy a mix of absurdity and charm, this indie gem is worth a watch.

"Nobody Wants This" is a delightful romantic comedy that effortlessly blends humour and heart. It showcases the unexpected romance between an agnostic sex podcaster, Joanne, and a newly single rabbi, Noah.
The length of each episode works very well, and I binge-watched the show in one sitting. I enjoyed the refreshing take on love, identity, and the complexities of modern relationships, and I loved the Yiddish expressions even more!
Kristen Bell and Adam Brody have awesome chemistry, and their performances are charming and relatable. They pull viewers into the whirlwind of their characters' contrasting worlds. Joanne's open-minded, candid approach to relationships contrasts beautifully with Noah's more traditional background, creating an entertaining and thought-provoking dynamic.
The writing is sharp and witty, filled with clever dialogue that captures the characters' personalities and struggles. Each episode presents a new challenge for the couple, from family meddling to social expectations, while maintaining a light-hearted tone that kept me engaged
"Nobody Wants This" is a brilliant addition to the Netflix lineup. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates a romantic comedy with a fresh twist.
Netflix, please make a second season as soon as possible!
