My girl friends and I are more of the comedy/drama types, but occasionally will check out a sci-fi or action flick. We recognized a few names on this one and managed to find it on the net. It's a good Idea that never developed in to the potential it could have. The story takes too many short cuts and never allows the characters to develop. Fast camera movements and quick edits don't save your plot!
It is very obvious that there are more than one cinematographers on the project as well... or at least several different types of camera's used. The sequence in the doctor's head where both of them are struggling to take control of the criminals body is great. Good cinematography and VFX. Even the acting seems to push the limits, at least as far this piece is concerned.
The director(s) need to focus on what they really want ultimately. Find a good cinematographer and stick with them. Consistency is very important. If acting is your love, then get out of the director's chair and find a good director to execute your vision.
We are looking forward to see what this team comes up with next.

It's a poorly shot... no really poorly shot student film. It's not funny. More stupid or ridiculous or moronic at best. The story line/plot is one dimensional and bland. The subject matter is more insulting and funny. My friends and I have to ask, "Who is the audience?" and "Who in their right mind would think this is funny?"
I suppose the one thing going for this "film" is that they make excellent use of foul language. One of my friends watching the film with me made what I consider to be a valuable comment. She said that dialogue that uses profanity every second work is very poorly written. She went on to say that if a film maker can not develop dialogue with out all of the swearing to get the meaning across, they are not a writer and should consider making "other" types of videos that welcome this sort of crude language.

For a low budget short film, I think they made an honest effort. Okay, it's a bit cheesie and the effects are... pretty simple, but I have to give them credit for taking a run at it. Take it for what it is and enjoy the experience of what the writer and producer wanted to accomplish.
The story is actually good to my surprise. No big names of notoriety, but the characters still have something to offer
My advice... Don't go in to it with any expectations and you will be surprised. All in all, my gal pal and I liked the piece. It's the right length. Good pace. Any longer and it would have been too long. The story would have dragged out.
