We love films most when they touch us-when they reach our emotions, when they touch the fractures we do not voice or cannot voice. Bob Trevino Likes It is one of those films. You know how they say "made with love"? This film truly is made with love. It tells a story of friendship at a very calm pace, without forcing anything, without exaggeration, and without resorting to emotional manipulation.
A much deeper, far more psychologically intricate film could have been made. Or a more complex narrative structure could have been chosen. But then, at the end of the film, such a beautiful feeling would not have formed in the viewer's heart. It is as if the film gently pats you on the back like a friend and says: "This may be Bob and Lily's story, but it could also be your story."
This film is like a quiet yet powerful poem. Many thanks to the entire team-they have done a very good job.

It is a very powerful and incisive film, with a tightly and well-balanced narrative structure. Milan Ondrík's performance is truly extraordinary. I must admit that I did not expect such depth in the story, nor such a compelling performance from the male lead. The film engages the viewer on an emotional level throughout.
The director, Nvotová, deserves congratulations not only for the film's artistic success but also for the courage she showed in taking the risk to make it. Had Ondrík's performance not been sufficiently strong, the entire narrative could easily have collapsed. Instead, thanks to both the director's vision and the flawless performances of the entire cast, the film achieves a remarkable coherence and impact.

It is a TV series in the absurd-comedy genre. I like absurd comedy when it is done well. Making an absurd comedy is much more difficult than making other films or TV series. First of all, the script needs to be well-written and the story has to be developed more diligently. Secondly, the direction and the cast's facial expressions are very important. Otherwise, an absurd comedy turns into something boring and rubbish.
Until the final minutes of The Chair Company, I had a very positive opinion about the series. But the ending left the audience in a truly absurd situation. I found myself staring at the TV saying, "What!?"
My expectations were sharply disappointed and so was my final rating for this series.
