Watching these Equestria Girls specials makes me realize just how many good storylines I was missing out on by not watching them. Some of the content in this special is pure fandom fuel, and I love it. For instance, I love that the Equestria Girls characters go into the pony world, and I also love the fact that Rarity's crush is the male copy and paste of AJ. So many points in this special felt like they were fan-made. I like that that's the case because while I love fanmade things, it's nice to see fun things be canon to the story as well. I recommend that you give this special a watch. It's perfect for anyone who is a fan of the show, and it is quite enjoyable.

This movie is by no means the best, and it might not even be considered a good movie to most viewers. However, I found it to be entertaining. While the dialogue can be pretty cheesy at times, I like the general messaging throughout the movie. The 2 main characters are complete and total opposites. The dynamics between the characters and even the challenges they face are very real. Even though the dynamics of them can be over the top, they still felt real to me. Sally was an annoying character who thought that she was superior to Angie simply because of her religion. That's a very real thing. Sally reminded me of someone I went to catholic school with. Aside from the characters, I also liked the visuals and general storytelling. Although the dialogue can go on for longer than needed. Some parts tend to drag. I didn't like the ending either. Large buildup to little payout. This film surely has its flaws, but I still liked it quite a bit. Don't let the negative reviews set you back from watching it yourself. You might find yourself enjoying it.
