If you want your main character to go into some dream/alternative sequence, you need to set it up properly. The story was going well until out of nowhere you are stuck in a car with an imaginary character for no rhyme or reason. That killed it for me. That whole scene needs to be edited out.
Overall great acting, funny spoofish characters.

Don't bother reading the negative reviews of the haters. As usual they don't get the product so they decide to write a label. This Murphy produced movie is beautiful visual candy with some nice dance numbers and production values. If you need a tight script and a plot, get a book!
Enjoy!
Guy Ritchie is coming into his own. Rich visuals, gorgeous costumes and quick pace dialogue. I like that there weren't your typical gratuitous scenes of violence but more of a Hitchcock type of inferred events.
The acting and characters were superb and we were surprised by how much we enjoyed this almost 2hr movie.
