I totally dug this documentary. I remember this band from DragonCon but never saw them play. I picked up the DVD purely out of curiosity and was immediately taken back. I've always loved band documentaries and my favorite to this point was Placebo...one of my favorite bands. But as far as a movie goes, this one was more entertaining. Perhaps it's because I didn't know anything about this band. It is so insightful the way it shows how members of a goth band are actually regular normal people who enjoy what they do. If I hadn't heard of this band, I would have thought the movie was a mock and these were actors. I especially liked the drummer for his quick one-liner comments throughout the movie. A very well made movie that I would recommend to anyone interested in bands and what it's like on the road without the fancy perks.
