  • The Best Movie You Can Get For This Genre

It is on a very rare occasion that you find a sequel that's better than the original. This is one of those rare occasion

Moving on from the end of Batman Begins. Bruce Wayan (batman, Christian Bale) goes on to fight crime in Gotham City, only this time against The Joker (Heath Ledger of course). This movie surprised me with the turning out of my favourite Batman Villon and as your watching it, it just get's better and better. Christopher Nolan has changed the meaning of BATMAN with his last two movies, especially this one. The role of Batman is best suited for Christian Bale and no one (to this date) could play him better. Heath Ledger gives an amazing performance as The Joker and proved to me that he is one of the greatest and most talented actors who'd lived. I recommend this movie to any action fans, comic fans, one-liner comedy fans or Christover Nolan fans.

    11/10. 10/10.

  • As Far as PG 13 Trashy Horror Goes... This is the Best You'll Find

This movie was so badly criticized, that as I saw it at the cinemas. The better it got, the more I enjoyed it. It actually had me on the edge of my seat.

The story is quite intriguing, frightful, suspenseful and terrifying. The main character is played by the wonderful young actress Brittany Snow (Hairspray, Pacifier) and despite what many, many people had said about her and the rest of the young actors and actresses performances, I still thoroughly enjoyed the movie; it's worth watching.

As far as recommendations go, I recommend this to anyone who like suspense without too much gore, trashy horror or just a good spooky story. Yes, this movie is certainly not a masterpiece, but it's quite enjoyable.

    7.4 out of 10.

  • As Good as Apocalypse Now... Next to Perfect

This is one of the two best Vietnam movies ever made, alongside apocalypse now. Oliver Stone has proved many times, how excellent he is at making films. This movie is extremely powerful, dramatic, sad and suspenseful. Worth watching for anyone who enjoys war movies or mostly any movies.

Platoon explores the action of the Vietnam war (the shooting and fighting) and shows the (sometimes even more horrible) side of the war, the way it effects the soldiers. There are many, many scenes in this movie that could draw a tear from ANYONE, this movie is utterly brilliant!

Charlie Sheen plays the "new guy" volunteering to fight for America in Vietnam. He makes friends, enemies and troubles. His two commanding officers (Bessenger and Deffoe) have a grudge against each other. Sheen decides to take the side of Deffoe. Whether that's good or bad, you shall find out. This movie shows the sides of the war that make the soldiers go insane, crazy, addicted to drugs, suicidal and homicidal.

    No fault... 11/10
