Just watched The Ghost on Netflix and I must tell that it is not-so-bad but decent action-packed entertainer for action movie lovers with power-packed action sequences and performances being the highlight of the film.
After a decent family outing 'Bangarraju' and fantasy film 'Brahmastra', Nagarjuna is back in his beast mode like the actor's previous movie 'Shiva' and Keanu Reeves's 'John Wick' and has brought out acting chops well. His fans would really like his intense mode in the film. Sonal Chauhan's role is not typical and is superb in action sequences. Watch her killing mode in the climax sword fight. Gul Palang did her best in her role as a businesswoman-cum-caring mother and 'Yennai Arindhaal' Anikha Surendran also did well in her role. Other actors like Ravi Varma, Srikanth Iyengar and Manish Chaudhari also did well in their roles.
The film's action sequences are the plus points of the film as they are well choreographed by Dilip Subbarayan and Kecha Khampadkee, and provides thrills. Music by Bharatt-Saurabh is forgettable snd unnecessary for a violent action film, but the background score by Mark. K. Robin is superb. Cinematography and editing helps the film and is good. Now Coming to director Praveen Sattaru, he has done a superb job by showcasing Nagarjuna in a stylish way and deserves mention for the action sequences. However, the antagonist characterization is weak and emotional weight is not effective. If the director would have taken care of these things, then it would have been converted into a franchise like John Wick.
Barring all these things, The Ghost can be enjoyed with its cast performances, action sequences and background score, but the antagonist characterization, emotional weight has spoilt it. Overall, this is a review from a normal-audience movie junk and watch this action packed-entertainer on Netflix with decent expectations for action film lovers.

If you remove superhero genre from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), then there will be commercial elements like action, drama, romance, comedy and thriller which can be described as mass masala genre in India and Shang-Chi is no different.
Simu Liu has done a good work as Shang-Chi and also excels in emotional, comical and action skills which shows the actor's dedication towards acting. Tony Leung as Wenwu is splendid and can be described as his career-best performance in his MCU/Hollywood debut and has style, swag is unmatchable. Awkwafina as Katy is splendid in her role and her comic timing is good. Hollywood comedian Ben Kingsley's continuation role of Trevor Slattery is hilarious and cameo appearence of Benedict Wong and Fala Chen is good and Meng'er Zhang is superb as a rebellious woman with grey shades.
Action sequences from beginning to climax are goosebumps-worthy as every scene is packed with splendid martial arts choreography which is the highest point in the film and the climax between Shang-Chi and Wenwu is fantastic which makes MCU fans keep whistling and have edge-of-the-seat moments. Destin Daniel Cretton's direction is splendid and writing gives a fresh concept, though the story might be familiar. The VFX and CGI are praiseworthy which makes the film to watch in theatres and now i regret it for not watching the film in theatres. Editing and Cinematography are splendid.
Overall, Shang-Chi is a mass masala entertainer with fantasy quotient laced with masala commercial elements to enthrall Hollywood and Indian audience to watch the film. The cast performance, terrific action sequences and strong antagonist makes the film as a worthy watch. Watch it in DSNP Hotstar for a feel-good mass fantasy entertainer.

Hollywood who is famous for artistic and mass entertainers has given another mass entertainer in the form of Furious 7. Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Paul Walker, Djimon Hounsou, Michelle Rodriguez and Jason Statham are highlight point performers in the film. The action stunts and car chases are very entertaining and slick. Other actors like Tony Jaa, Tyrese Gibson, Chris "Ludacris" Bridges, Kurt Russell, Ronda Rousey and Jordana Brewster also did well in the roles.
Talking about action sequences as i mentioned were well-directed and enjoyable with young kids if you ignore the fake CBFC ratings (Though some nudity is there, it should not be considered for A certificate). Cinematography and editing by Christian Wagner & co. (Dylan Highsmith, Kirk Morri Leigh Folsom Boyd) and Stephen F. Windon, Marc Spicer has done a good job. Music by Brian Tyler is really good.
Overall, Furious 7 is a mass entertainer for its action, performance and technical aspects where it can be considered as an emotional tribute to walker.
