Never likes the band. I was way more political growing up. Aleays liked punk and Gyllene Tider was so ... well, just innocent and trivial.
But then I realise when I Watch there is a quality. The lead Singer, the front man Per Gessle, is warm and honnest. A sweet kid.
Isn't that nice? The film makes me happy. A lot of postive energy.
Great acting. Overall great production value. The script is superb. Well above par.

Well, a bit slow the third act. But hey, this is so much better than anticipated. Great script, funny, weird, lively, nuanced, I just loved it. Jonas Karlsson is great (as always) but so is the rest of the cast. Stylish, fast paced, witty.
For me, this reminds me of the old ones. Childish and playful but surely for adults. Robert Gustavsson is not the best actor but here - he reminds me a lot of Gösta Ekman.
The nod to the danish original is fun. My girlfriend chooses this on our kid-free Friday and it was a treat.
Also good music and great costume and set. And there is a bit of romance too, that is a bonus.

Interesting for me here in Sweden. I follow the downfall of Diddy from a distance.
It starts all right with a look into his childhood and some good scenes with a guy called Tim Patterson. He tells about how Puff was raised and I as a viewer I get some valuable insights.
But then, it gets pretty unfocused. There are a lot of accusations - rape, drugging, violence, all you can think of. The score is like a mix of something from a horror movie and a block buster trailer. A lot of slams, eerie sounds and bombastic stuff.
Far from a minimal approach. I think it gets kind of shallow. It's more like a Wikipedia of accusations than a real movie with a solid storytelling.
